I recently booked a corporate meeting at this small, no-frills hotel. While it may not offer extravagant amenities or luxurious accommodations, it served its purpose effectively. The staff members were friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs throughout the planning and duration of our meeting. Thank you Julio! The Location is perfect within the proximity of fun activities and great Restaurants. Very convenient and close to a lot of attractions. The only hiccup that occurred was turned down service which for my standards makes or breaks my experience! They made efforts to appease me but it was a little late ⏰! But the effort was present 🎁 overall great accommodations would highly recommend. Fresh Breakfast 🥞 hardworking staff to put out awesome 👏🏽 Breakfast 🍳 really appreciated!!!

I recently wrote a long review regarding the credit card issues i was having with the hotel but decided to remove it . The reason for this is the longer I stayed at the hotel I realised that there were so many hard working employees that are responsible for the up keep of the hotel and they did a fantastic job. Also, when I saw the diversed number of guests from all the over the world enjoying breakfast every morning and the staff including the manager working so diligently to make sure that the food and drinks are well stocked , i was really impressed to see the manager working with her team in the kitchen . the close proximity of the parks and food places The clean surrounding and fanatics housekeeping services I must say my family and I were very comfortable and enjoyed every second of our stay . I must say thanks to the management and staff for doing a great job and for making our stay so comfortable . Cheers .

Came here several months ago for a conference and parked in the FREE PUBLIC GARAGE. When the front desk asked if I needed parking, I told them I parked in the garage. They proceeded to tell me that I needed to pay for parking or else I would get towed. Spoke with the parking garage valets and they informed me that they do not tow and that it is free parking on levels 4-7. Each front desk person is trained to make people pay for parking. Eventually wound up getting a refund for the parking from the general manager, weeks later. Came back yesterday and parked in the garage and when they asked if I needed parking, I just said no. This morning, while reading the welcoming paper, it states that you need to pay for parking in the self park garage. My blood pressure went up a bit... A GARAGE THAT THEY DO NOT OWN! They are literally ripping off each and every guest and have them believing that they will get towed if they don't pay for parking. So shady! If it wasn't a new and nice hotel, I would never go back...

Upon arrival to room staff was friendly, but no toilet paper in room, so used tissues, upon asking front desk for toilet paper, we were told to get it from front desk. Upon entering shower, refillable body wash was empty, thank God they had a small bar of face soap on sink, used that, they never offered to refill body wash when I told front desk. Dec 26th check out, mass frustration for breakfast as they ran out of most everything, when asked why? Oh the food truck did not come because of the holiday ( to me, poor planning for heavy tourism) parking was $15 per day, opted to park in free parking deck next to hotel. Great location for Universal studios and great night life at icon park.
